I am saying this just because it's crazy and widely shunned anyways, so...
All PvE skills be used in PvP! (Muhahahahahaaa!) Also, just to be a bastard, make crafting items not trade able anymore. Oh, the chaos! The lawls! lol. >;D |

I'd like the option to disable friendly clicking outside Party Lineup box, it's always the same, during busy fights, there are 20 monsters but still you always click on a hero or a minion 1st*, so bloody annoying! Also in the same situation, you go for it and do a random cast then get "Spirits are not blah blah blah!" aaargh! Make random casts attack living things then lol
That and what some others have said  *Even while holding in Ctrl key, you're just about to finally cast on the monster you want in the sea of jiggling names, then one of your heroes is like "Nooooooooo!" and dives in front of the cursor
